Chess War! is a chess-based strategy game published by Kedik Games. This page explains what information the app and its third-party services handle when you play, and the choices available to you.
Chess War! is a single-player and local pass-and-play strategy game. It does not require an account, a sign-in, or a name to play. Your match history, currency and upgrades are kept on your own device.
The sections below cover the two places outside data can move: the advertising shown between matches, and purchases made through Google Play. Everything else about the app stays on your device.
We do not operate a server, a user database, or an account system. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or location. The app stores the following directly on your device only:
| Stored locally | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Match results, gold & diamonds earned | Tracks your progress between sessions |
| Piece upgrade levels | Remembers what you've unlocked |
| Campaign progress | Remembers which levels are cleared |
| Purchase record (diamonds, Premium) | Unlocks what you've bought, without ads if applicable |
| Language & sound settings | Remembers your preferences |
None of the above ever leaves your device or reaches Kedik Games.
Chess War! shows ads served by Google AdMob between matches, unless you own the ad-free upgrade. AdMob may collect and use device and advertising identifiers (such as your Android Advertising ID), approximate location, and app usage data to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted by your settings and region.
Diamond packs and the ad-free upgrade are purchased through Google Play's billing system. Payment details (card numbers, billing address) are handled entirely by Google Play — Kedik Games never receives or stores them. We only receive confirmation that a purchase was completed, which is used to grant the diamonds or upgrade to your device.
Game data is stored in the app's private local storage on your device, using standard platform sandboxing. Uninstalling the app removes this data. Because there is no remote account or backend database, there is no central store of player data for us to secure or for a breach to expose beyond what a device's own owner controls.
Chess War! is a general-audience strategy game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information beyond what this policy describes, contact us at the address below and we will act promptly.
Chess War! relies on the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
We do not sell or share your information with any party beyond what these services require to function.
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's Play Store listing update notes.
